Form AOC-4 (for financial statements) and Form MGT-7 (annual return) must be filed with the ROC within 30 and 60 days, respectively, from the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Startup Example: A startup holds its AGM on September 30th. It must file AOC-4 by October 30th and MGT-7 by November 29th.
